She is survived by her husband, Frederick; a daughter, Circe; a brother, Frank Lankford; and two sisters, Alice Lankford and Wanda Lankford. She is survived by three nephews, Wayne Rogero of Tampa, and Glenn Rogero and Don Crichlow, both of St. Augustine; and a niece, Karen (Charles) Bishop. ADKINS, Rosa He was a member of the Panama City Country Club, the Port St. Joe Lions Club, and was chairman of the Florida Telephone Association Traffic Committee. Interment was at Glenwood Cemetery under the direction of Blackburn Funeral Home. Services were held at St. Matthew's Episcopal Church in Chipley. Arrangements were handled by Dobbs Funeral Home.
