My theory is opposite-so far: Hoon finds out she is Jae Jee when he listens to her heart (second kidney and all)-but with the revelation-realizes there's a reason she's pretending, especially since this all involves North Korea, so he decides to keep quiet and pretend she's not Jae Jee in order to protect her until he can find out what it's all about. It was a bittersweet moment for sure but they left the bridge united once more - when Hoon mentioned his regret at having let go in Hungary it just seemed right that that marked an ending of sorts.
